Overview
As the Sr. Systems and Networks Support Administrator, Michael is responsible for the computers, systems and networks used throughout the iSchool. He also supervises the staff operating the IT helpdesk. He has been at the University since 1999.
In 1993, Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. He completed his Master’s degree in Information Management from the Syracuse University School of Information Studies in 2007.
Michael is also an Adjunct Professor for the iSchool. He teaches courses in database management systems and operating systems administration.
In addition to his staff and teaching duties, in his spare time Michael contributes as a software developer for Ensemble Video and as a mentors for the SU student sandbox.
