Laurie Ann Jerva

Laurie is responsible for competitive intelligence and benchmarking efforts, maintaining information for communication purposes, and archiving school news and information for the School of Information Studies. She received her Bachelor of Music from Ithaca College and her M.L.S. in Library and Information Science from the Syracuse University School of Information Studies.
